Data logger-Supported 21 CFR 11 environmental Monitoring SystemsFor class A and B pharmaceutical Clean room installations
Providing increased security due to redundant data recording in the data logger. In this way, "lost"data can be reconstructed quickly and easily even when there is a system failure on the PC.
A wide range of Lufft "front end" clean room on line sensors for the measurement of temperature, humidity, airflow, pressure, differential pressure and particle count are available for connection to the OPUS200/300 modular data logger system.
The network can be extended at anytime.
Online Monitoring and Visualisation Display Panel with Alarms
The display unit is equipped with a CAN-bus and as such participates in the entire network . The network data to be output via the display can be programmed via the software configuration. Installation dimensions: 28CM x 9cm x 2.5cm (L x W x D)
Please contact us to discuss your measurement needs.

Advantages of data logger supported monitoring: Increased security due to redundant data recording in the data logger. By using this philosophy, lost data can be re constructed quickly and easily even when there in a system failure on the PC. On line & off line operation is possible. Systems operate in accordance with the requirements of the FDA (21 CFR 11): tamper proof raw data transmission, audit trail, hierarchical password system etc. Facility to connect almost all common sensor types independent of manufacturers (universal inputs e.g. current, voltage, Pt100 etc.). Bus networking of the dada loggers facilitates the exact adaptation of the components to the technical requirements. The network can be extended at any time. Alarms are available via relays and the individual measurement channels can also be grouped into a common alarm. Analogue measurements can be made available as analogue signals (0/4..20mA) for onsite display or central process control.
