Our instrumentation products are backed up by the manufacturers 12 months warranty and in the case of Chino Chart Recorders 24 months.

Repairs to equipment are carried out either on our premises, or off site by approved instrument repair centres or by the manufacturer, either in the UK or in Europe, depending on the nature of the fault or damage sustained.

We hold a small stock of Chino recorder consumables such as pens, ribbon cassettes and also some spare parts for the older type AH560 recorders.
