low cost portable hand held Thermal IMAGING cameras for predictive
maintenance, condition monitoring, equine thermography, building energy surveys & electrical Inspection
A range of low cost portable hand held thermal imaging cameras for various thermographic applications.
The recently revised Trotec IC series now offers six different models including four with enhanced detector size of 384 x 288 pixels & a larger 3.5" display, for diverse applications such as building energy surveys, electrical inspection, mechanical (pumps/motors), equine thermography or other engineering needs that require high image resolution.
No thermal imaging cameras with the same specifications on the market at these price levels & manufactured in the EU.
Trotec have launched three new EC series low cost entry level thermal imaging camera models available with flip out display, 160 x 120 detectors, real time 50/60Hz image refresh rate, & at a starting price of under £2K list.
All the cameras have a real time 50/60 Hz image refresh rate, therefore suitable for rotating machinery surveys.
Re export of these cameras outside the European Union may require a UK BIS export licence.
A quick summary of each instrument is given below, but if you need the full story, please request a copy of the product data sheet, either by phone (01767 692692), email or use the Contact us link, filling in the details as required. Thank you.

The new Trotec EC60 (Economy Tariff )series range of hand held thermal imaging cameras offers three entry level thermal cameras with various functions such as in built visual digital camera, real time infrared video & blue tooth voice annotation. The EC60 range now make it affordable for energy assessment engineers to check heat loss from housing stock etc.
The revised fully radiometric
infrared cameras in the Trotec IC-series deliver
a convincing performance thanks to the precise thermographic measurements in real time, a variety
of functions & with a temperature measurement range of
-20 °C to +1,500 °C. It now with a 3.5" display– all this combined with a revolutionary price tag
that offers incredible value for money!
The IC cameras in the V and LV Series are equipped with an additional digital camera for visual images and also an integrated photo lamp to illuminate dark areas.
The patented DuoVision technology does not only enable infrared or real images to be displayed individually, it also features an individually selectable four-stage combined overlapping depiction of both images. This means that any damage or defects can be detected at a single glance.
Regardless which of the display options you use, both the visual image & the infrared image information is stored separately so that the measuring data can be fully retrieved when needed
